Please use this form below to tell me about you, your partner, and your big day. The more I know about the day in advance, the better we can determine if I'm the photographer you're looking for!
Step 1: Connect Via Video Chat or In-Person
It is so important to me to have a connection with each and every one of my couples. Sherah Renee photography couples are unique in that they are fun-loving, adventurous, and full of life. And they know and understand that to get fun, joyful, and genuine photos of their love story, we need to have a connection, and a relationship. I always say I want to show up to your wedding day and feel like a friend or an extra bridesmaid, rather than a hired vendor. So that means - our very first step is connecting via a Zoom call or in-person so we can get to know each other!
Step 2: Let's Make it Official!
After our initial video call, if you and your other half decide we’re the perfect fit to work together, it’ll be time to make it official! All you need to do is decide on your package, and from there, I’ll send you an online proposal with your custom contract, invoice, and payment schedule all able to be completed online!
Once your 25% retainer is paid, your date will be saved and the fun will begin! From there, I’ll begin sending you helpful education such as my wedding guide. And then, the best part– we’ll start planning your engagement session!
Step 3: The Engagement Session!
This is my favorite part! Engagement sessions are included in every one of my wedding packages because I truly believe they are a vital part of the wedding experience as a whole. Engagement sessions are the time where we get to know each other, I get to see how you interact together, and you become comfortable in front of my camera. We get to shoot in any location you choose, you can wear what you’re comfortable in, and there’s no guests begging for your attention. It’s just you guys and me, unfolding your love story.
Step 4: The Wedding Day!
Hooray!!! It’s here! The day of your wedding goes by in an instant. I want to make sure it’s the most fun and stress free day possible, for not just you- but your family and friends. I arrive 30 minutes before our scheduled start time so I can meet your family and friends, get to know them, and scope out the lay of the land. I’ll begin with photographing your details, and my second shooter will be with your groom and groomsmen! My absolute favorite part of the day is bride and groom portraits, so we’ll ensure we have plenty of time for this! It’s my job to capture all the traditional moments, and in between moments so that you can look back on moments you may not have even realized were happening to relive your incredible day.
Step 5: Your Gallery
After the wedding day, when all your edits are complete, you will receive an online gallery of HUNDREDS of your images. It’s my goal to get you your images while you’re still excited about the wedding, and the bliss hasn’t faded. I deliver your beautifully edited .photos in an online gallery. From this gallery, you will be able to share your images with friends and family, download to your computer, share to social media and order prints. While you have full print rights to your images, I always recommend couples print through a professional lab if you’re going to make prints for your walls–the quality of professional labs is just so much better!!
